Charlie Marshall is the founder of CPM Growth Systems. He builds AI-assisted growth, automation, CRM, lead generation and operational systems for ecommerce brands and businesses that need practical revenue infrastructure.
His background combines hands-on operations, AI tools, automation building, ecommerce systems and business development. That mix matters: most growth advice comes from people who have never run the operational side of a business. Charlie has — daily, physically, under time pressure. The systems CPM installs are shaped by that reality.
He works with a modern AI-native stack — n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Shopify, Apollo, Hunter.io, BuiltWith, Claude and OpenAI APIs — and builds everything to be documented, observable and owned by the client.
